Sometimes an installation of FontAgent Pro can fail because an install script fails to run, or for some other unknown reason.

Restarting your Mac generally solves this issue.

If you continue to see the problem, repair disk permissions on your boot drive using Disk Utility, which can be found in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder, and restart.
