If you have the installer, FontAgentPro.dmg, launch it, open the folder "Tools and Support", and launch "Uninstall FontAgent Pro". You can also download the Uninstaller from http://insidersoftware.com/downloads/UninstallFontAgentPro.zip. The Uninstaller removes all FontAgent Pro application files, but does not delete your fonts or Preferences.
