How do I use auto-activation in FontAgent Pro?
FontAgent Pro for Mac OS X can perform system-wide auto-activation , helping speed your workflow and ensure that the fonts you need are always available. Whenever you launch a document in most Mac OS X applications, FontAgent Pro can automatically activate fonts the document requires.

Note that Adobe and Quark applications do not support auto-activation in Mac OS X. To deliver such functionality, Insider provides plug-ins for popular Adobe products as well as QuarkXPress .

To activate fonts automatically, from the FontAgent Pro menu, select Preferences, then the Activation tab and check Allow Auto Activation.

Suppressing Auto-Activation
FontAgent Pro allows you to select libraries and individual fonts and change their settings so they will not allow auto activation. To turn off auto activation for a Library or Font:
1    Select a library or font
2    Type Command + i select Get Info from the Command-Click menu
3    Uncheck the Allow Auto Activation box
