How do I use Smart Sets? |

Font Agent Pro 4 for Mac OS X allows you to create smart sets. A smart set
is a dynamic collection of fonts that match one or more criteria you specify. If you create a smart set
and add fonts at a later time that match the set’s criteria, FontAgent Pro automatically adds those fonts to the set.
Creating a Smart Set To create a smart set, follow these steps: 1 Select New Set > New Smart Set from the toolbar (Shift + Option + Command + N) 2 Select the criteria for inclusion in the smart set in the Untitled Smart Set Window in the Search pop-ups 3 Click the + button at the end of the search criteria to add additional search information 4 Click Save and give your smart set a name Or you can create a smart set from the Smart Search Pane of the Find window with the steps below: 1 Select Find in on the toolbar (Command + F) 2 Select the criteria for inclusion in the smart set in the Advanced Database Search pane of the Find window 3 Click the + button at the end of the search criteria to add additional search information 4 Click Save and give your smart set a name Editing a Smart Set Smart sets can be edited to change, remove or add more criteria for inclusion in the selected set. To edit a smart set: 1 Double-click a smart set or Control-Click a smart set and select Edit from the menu 2 Change, add or remove criteria for inclusion in the smart set 3 Click Save FontAgent Pro then updates the contents of the smart set to match your new criteria.
