How do I create a set in FontAgent Pro? |
Sets in FontAgent Pro 4 in FontAgent Pro for Mac OS X are logical groupings of your fonts that can span across multiple font libraries. For example, you might want to organize your fonts into sets based on customer, project or font style
. Creating, modifying and deleting sets does not affect your physical font files, so don’t be afraid to experiment with sets. You can create sets at any time to group your fonts in meaningful ways.
Creating an Empty Set To create an empty set, either click the New Set icon in the Toolbar or select New Set from the File menu. A dialog box appears and prompts you to name the new set. Creating a Set from Selected Fonts Use Shift-Click and Command-Click in any pane to create a selection of fonts. From the File menu, choose New Set From Selection and name the set. A new set is created with the selected fonts in one step. Creating Nested Sets and Subsets FontAgent Pro allows you to create nested sets—subsets within sets—for easy font organization. For example, to organize fonts by client or project: 1 Create an empty set and name it for the client or project 2 Click the set to highlight it 3 Select New Subset from the toolbar This creates an empty set within the client’s set that you can use to group fonts for each of the client’s subprojects. |
