How do I disable Apple's Font Book?

To disable Font Book:

  1. In Font Book, enable all collections and fonts
  2. Quit Font Book
  3.  Delete /Library /FontCollections
  4.  Delete /Library/Preferences/com.apple.FontBook.plist
