Can I Smash fonts by drag and drop in Smasher 1.x?

You can also smash fonts by dragging items out of the Smasher 1.x  application window by following these steps:

1    Select suitcases, fonts, and/or styles in the Suitcases, Fonts and Styles pane (Command+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple items).

2    Drag the selected items out of Smasher onto the Desktop or into a folder. You will hear a smashing sound.

3    When the Smashing status sheet finishes its progress, Smasher displays a report of those fonts that couldn't be smashed and why.

Otherwise, smashed copies of all the selected fonts are created where you dragged them.

Dragging whole suitcases out of Smasher produces smashed suitcases for each font inside each selected suitcase —the default smashing behavior. If you are trying to extract just some of the fonts in specific suitcases, you can smash those selected fonts by dragging them out of the Suitcases, Fonts and Styles pane.

Dragging whole fonts out of Smasher 1.x produces a suitcase for each family selected.
