How do I add fonts to Smasher 1.x?

To add fonts into the Smasher 1.x application window, follow these steps:

1    Click the Add icon (Command+O) in the Smasher toolbar.

2    Use the Add Fonts dialog to navigate to the font file or folder you want to import .

3    Select the font or folder in the Add Fonts dialog box and click the Select button.


 
4    You see an Importing status bar sheet showing the progress of your import.

5    When the import is done all valid Type 1 and Mac TrueType suitcases will be in the Suitcases, Fonts and Styles pane in Smasher.

Smasher imports fonts found in subfolders of any folder you select when importing or adding fonts.

As an alternative to opening fonts using the Add icon, you can also drag font files into Smasher to open them.
