Restoring Your Fonts Control Panel
At any time, if you want to restore the fonts originally residing in your Fonts Control Panel in Windows, select the Restore Fonts Control Panel command from the Tools menu. You might use this command when: • You accidentally delete font files from the Fonts Control Panel or elsewhere • You want use your system without running FontAgent Pro When you run this command, FontAgent Pro asks you to select which fonts you wish to restore. The archives contain copies of any fonts that FontAgent Pro found when you optimized your Fonts Control Panel. In other words, if you have run the command five times, the archives contain the union of all fonts that FontAgent Pro found on all five occasions. The Required Fonts archive contains copies of all fonts that ship with Windows, while the Control Panel Fonts archive contains all other fonts found by FontAgent Pro. Select one or both of the font archives, click OK, and FontAgent Pro restores the fonts in the archives to your Fonts Control Panel. Note: You can optimize your Control Panel Fonts as often as you need to without worrying about adding duplicate fonts—since FontAgent Pro adds only fonts not yet imported into your font library . |
